We provide services that support students and families in practical, meaningful ways—from extended care and academic support to bilingual resources, health care, and transportation.
After School Care
Aftercare is available through partner programs until 5:50pm (fees apply).
Counseling
Students have access to school-based emotional and behavioral health services through the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP).
Family Resources
We support families through a range of practical and cultural resources.
- Uniforms and winter clothing provided to families in need
- Food support includes break-time food distribution and seasonal food drives
- A dedicated family liaison helps connect parents with local services and community partners
Food Services
Nutritious meals are delivered daily, with free breakfast and lunch available to all enrolled students.
Health & Dental
On-site care supports student wellness and readiness to learn.
- Mobile dentist visits
- General health services through the local health department
- Two on-site nurses (one full-time, one part-time)
Language Tutoring for Parents
Parents can participate in English language tutoring through our partnership with Lingo Projects.
Tutoring, Saturday School & Summer Programs
We offer academic and enrichment support during and beyond the school year.
- In-school tutoring provided by Ohio Wesleyan (grades 3–8) and OSU (grades K–8)
- Summer school runs four weeks in June, Monday–Thursday, for all grades including incoming kindergarteners
- Free summer sports camps offered to the community
Transportation
We help students get to and from school with yellow bus service provided by Columbus City Schools.
- Available for students who live more than two miles from campus (door-to-door travel must be under 30 minutes)
- Day care transportation partnerships are also available (fees may apply)
